How do I receive it?

How can I calculate the delivery cost for a destination outside the EU, to a remote island, or for an inexpensive item being sent a long way?

Due to the large volume of most of what we sell/manufacture, it is not possible to work with couriers. The shipment of orders is carried out by important companies in the sector, with extensive experience and reputation, at very competitive agreed prices (in relation to volume) and which we will charge directly on the invoice. You can also send to your own transport agency if you have advantageous conditions for volume or if your export order is for a small monetary amount, compared to the potential shipping costs.

If you don't qualify for volume discounts, it's really difficult for an occasional customer to be charged prices like ours.

  Deliveries at street level.

How can I calculate the delivery cost for a destination outside the EU, to a remote island, or for an inexpensive item being sent a long way?

To do this, you must please click here and, in the pop-up window, search for GET A QUOTE: Select Road Freight or Sea Freight, select in the drop-down menu FROM: Spain and then TO: Your country (almost 70 countries are available in the app) and below the two boxes above, enter 15660, Cambre, Spain and then Your postcode, Town/City, Country then press the blue button NEXT and follow the instructions by clicking Skip for now (the registration process). Once you know which items you are interested in, you should ESTIMATE THE SHIPMENT DETAILS, just as we do for orders involving large quantities and volumes. Please treat this as an approximation, as we will provide you with the exact dimensions, weight and Pickup date once your order has been manufactured and packed.

  • DSV Road, For most bulky shipments within Spain and Portugal, due to its competitive price and good volume-to-weight ratio, with delivery times of 24/48 hours in Spain and Portugal, and an additional 48 hours for Mallorca (a couple more days for the other Balearic Islands). For the Canary Islands (we now ship to all islands), Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira, and the Azores, delivery times from pickup range from 8 to 12 days, depending on customs clearance processing.

  • DSV Road, for most shipments within Europe with delivery times starting at 72 hours, due to its competitive price and good volume-to-weight ratio.

  • DSV Air & Sea, for intercontinental shipments by sea (exports under the Incoterms DAP or “Delivered at Place” terms) with delivery at the agreed-upon location, typically the customer’s own address.

  • FEDEX Trade Networks, optional for intercontinental shipments by sea (exports under Incoterms CFR or “Cost and Freight,” cost and freight to the agreed-upon port of destination), typically with delivery to the port closest to the customer’s address (although the customer may optionally arrange delivery to their own address through FedEx, at their own expense). The shipping cost of a bulky kit by air is prohibitively expensive, it can cost several times the price of the kit itself, so realistically speaking, it’s not worth the time to calculate it for a material which, moreover, may take one or two months to manufacture and should never be treated as urgent.
