Law 17/2001, of 7 December, on Trademarks: "Article 37. Limitations on trademark rights. The rights conferred by a trademark shall not entitle the owner to prohibit third parties from using it in the course of trade, provided that such use is in accordance with honest practices in industrial or commercial matters: ... c) Of the trademark, where necessary to indicate the intended purpose of a product or service, in particular as accessories or spare parts.".
